What is Rentalwise? Is there a PMS that does everything? PMS for smaller rental businesses.

[00:00:07] That's good. Brian can you please tell me what does RentalWise do?

[00:00:10] Sure, I would say what doesn't RentalWise do.

[00:00:12] We're a PMS channel manager, website generator, unified inbox, automations engine and open

[00:00:19] API. Beyond that we have integrations to leading I say STR companies from SuperHog

[00:00:25] for guest verification, Debrisway and Orion for operations, dynamic pricing with price

[00:00:29] labs, wheelhouse. I would say in general a property manager could probably run their entire business

[00:00:35] from the RentalWise platform.

[00:00:36] Fantastic. Now we did have a little chat about this before. You don't charge commission. How

[00:00:41] does your pricing model work?

[00:00:43] Good question and a very important one. VMA against commission as someone who's run

[00:00:47] their own management company, distribution company. I do not like giving a percentage

[00:00:50] of my hard earned revenue to anyone but I acknowledge I do need to pay for services

[00:00:54] and products that I might use. So for RentalWise we have a very simple subscription per property

[00:00:58] per month and we'll never get in between you and your revenue beyond that.

[00:01:01] Lovely. And whereabouts is your audience?

[00:01:04] Our audience are global. I would say they're home owners and property managers, even up

[00:01:07] to enterprise clients. The average RentalWise users though probably have about 8 to 25

[00:01:11] properties and they're managing them on at least three channels. So I would say

[00:01:14] usually Airbnb, VRVO and Mookin.com for a global audience but there's no restrictions

[00:01:19] on where you can use the product from so it's equally applicable in the Caribbean

[00:01:22] as it is in Asia or North America.
