[00:00:05] I'm good, thank you. That's good. Louise can you please tell us what does Pickle do?
[00:00:10] So we do a range of different insurance products for short-term rental markets,
[00:00:14] in particular for property managers.
[00:00:16] We've actually just launched a new product which is our cancellation product.
[00:00:20] We think we're the first people to do this, but what it does is it allows property managers
[00:00:26] to be able to list their stock like a hotel would, and be able to offer a free cancellation
[00:00:32] potentially up until the day of arrival so that they can effectively have those two options
[00:00:39] for customers, flexible or non-flexible.
[00:00:42] And typically that generates additional revenue for the property manager.
[00:00:48] So not only does it protect them from having stock not sold but it helps them drive future revenue too.
[00:00:54] And your insurance actually covers damage as well, right?
[00:00:58] Yes, so we've got our existing products and we do a range of things from small damage.
[00:01:02] So we do a damage deposit product that allows people not to have to offer that deposit to customers
[00:01:07] and have that money held on a card. Instead they pay a small fee in order to cover any small damage.
[00:01:12] And then we do a whole range of products for large property damage
[00:01:16] and public liability if there are injuries involving guests.
[00:01:20] Great, lovely. And where is your audience? Is it global?
[00:01:23] For some of them. So for the cancellation and the small damage products, yes we can do that globally
[00:01:28] for the large products, that's UK only at the moment.
